The ideal candidate is comfortable presenting to groups, fluent in English and Spanish, and proficient with PowerPoint and basic Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.

• Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and basic Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including Production and Quality.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, production environment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
• Ability to engage and motivate employees during training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding sessions.
• Present training materials using PowerPoint and other visual aids.
• Train employees on manufacturing processes, safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards.
• Partner with Production, Safety and Quality teams to support workforce training needs.
• Assist with tracking employee training records and attendance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through coaching and hands-on training.
• Observe employees on the production floor to ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Help ensure employees understand and follow GMP, safety, and quality requirements.
• Observe employees on the production floor and provide guidance as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional training environment.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to new and existing employees to close skill gaps.
• Assist with updating training documents, presentations, and procedures.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
