Job description

A growing manufacturing operation in the Memphis area is expanding its production workforce and adding new shifts. As part of this growth, we are seeking a Bilingual Production Trainer (English/Spanish) to help onboard, train, and develop new production and assembly employees.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working directly with employees on the production floor. The Trainer will work closely with the Production Manager, Safety Coordinator, and HR Manager to ensure new employees understand their jobs, safety expectations, quality standards, and what it takes to be successful as part of the team.

• Train and onboard new production and assembly employees in both English and Spanish

Schedule

This position will initially work primarily on 1st shift. However, as the company continues to expand and add shifts, priority will be given to candidates who have the flexibility to periodically assist with training employees on 2nd, 3rd, and 4th shifts.
