Job summary

Electrolux Group in Springfield, TN is seeking an Operations Trainer to lead training for new hires and seasoned staff on the production floor. You will deliver classroom instruction, simulations, and hands-on learning to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality.

You will manage the Training Center, conduct EHS&S trainings aligned with OSHA and ISO standards, and certify employees in operating equipment. Strong communication and bilingual skills are essential for success in a diverse manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required for training sessions.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Experience delivering onboarding and safety training.
• Knowledge of EMS tools and continuous improvement is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and OSHA regulations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and safety training to new hires.
• Operate and maintain the Training Center to simulate production processes.
• Provide hands-on training and simulations on the floor.
• Deliver EHS&S training per OSHA and ISO requirements.
• Train and certify employees in powered equipment licensing.
• Maintain accurate training records and certifications.
• Follow up with new employees during first 30 days.
