The ideal candidate has an associate degree or 3-5 years of related experience, strong analytical skills, and a track record in Lean, Continuous Improvement, and GMP/ISO environments. Rotating 1st/2nd shifts are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and floor activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise production schedules.
• Ensure product quality through routine checks.
• Provide coaching and leadership to staff.
• Enforce company policies, safety, and GMP procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work rotating shifts as needed.
