Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Food Engineering, or related field) is required.
• Languages: bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience: Proven experience in production leadership within food manufacturing, CPG, or a similar high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Core Competencies: Lean/CI initiatives, quick product changeovers, waste reduction, leading high-performing production teams.
• Leadership: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and direct daily operations for high-volume production teams.
• Manage complex, fast-paced production lines requiring frequent product changeovers and operational adjustments.
• Establish, monitor, and optimize KPIs to drive efficiency, minimize downtime, and eliminate waste.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and Lean manufacturing concepts to streamline workflows and boost throughput.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure product quality, workforce safety, and regulatory compliance.
