Job summary

Acuity Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia seeks a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a high-volume environment. You will supervise hourly associates and drive safety, quality, and productivity to meet production objectives.

The role requires effective manpower planning, adherence to Lean principles, and alignment with customer requirements. English and Spanish language skills are required, with the ability to communicate across shifts and teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a high-volume cellular manufacturing.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in production.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 20–30 hourly employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Drive safety, quality, and productivity in line with Lean principles and customer requirements.
• Determine daily manpower and work assignments to meet production demand.
• Approve payroll and administer corrective actions as needed.
• Support shifts and weekends as required.
