Responsibilities

• Lead production activities across 1st and 2nd shift.
• Manage and develop frontline supervisors.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and output.
• Address performance issues, downtime, quality concerns, and production bottlenecks.
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations leadership.
• Support continuous improvement efforts throughout the operation.
