Job summary

Elective Staffing is seeking an experienced manufacturing operator to run an affixing line and support packaging operations. You will verify job tickets, load machines, and monitor quality to meet daily quotas.

The role requires 2+ years on manufacturing equipment, basic computer skills for controls, and the ability to read English safety documents. Overtime may be required; 5S discipline is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience operating manufacturing machines (Ga-Vehren, Kirk Rudy, Shanklin preferred).
• Proficient with a computer controlling affixing lines and camera systems.
• Ability to read and write instructions and safety manuals in English.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.
• Excellent attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Comply with PPE, safety policies and STOP Work Process.
• Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Operate affixing machine to meet scheduled workload.
• Cross train on packaging machines as needed.
• Read job tickets and verify part numbers match the affixed mockup.
• Monitor quality and adjust machine settings to ensure outputs meet specs.
• Complete paperwork and counts accurately; maintain 5S in all areas.
• Provide basic support for camera systems and labeling processes.
