Job summary

Masis Professional Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily production operations in a fast-paced 3PL environment. You will manage the floor, drive safety, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Bilingual English/Spanish required; 3–5 years leading operations in logistics or 3PL; strong analytical, communication, and KPI-tracking skills; Bachelor's preferred. This role offers growth and a dynamic team environment.

• Proven coaching, performance management, and team development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience tracking production metrics and KPIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production floor operations to ensure safe, accurate, and timely order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with planning teams to optimize production schedules based on demand & capacity.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with warehouse, logistics, quality, and customer service teams to improve workflow.
• Promote safety culture and ensure policy compliance.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members; conduct performance evaluations.
• Work with HR on training programs and performance management.
• Coordinate with staffing partners to align workforce with needs.
• Lead continuous improvement using Lean principles to boost productivity and quality.
• Champion 5S, process standardization, and SOP adherence.
• Prepare and present performance reports and improvement recommendations.
