The role requires 10 years in food manufacturing, a business-related bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership and project management skills. Expect extended hours as needed with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 10 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment and applicable business and management experience.
• Strong informal leadership skills.
• Servant leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership for day-to-day operation of production facilities.
• Collaborate with Safety Manager to ensure safety programs are followed.
• Review production schedules with Supervisors and Scheduling Team.
• Identify production constraints and drive improvements.
• Coach and guide Production staff; conduct performance reviews.
