Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience: 8+ years in progressive manufacturing management.
• Languages: Fully bilingual English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Technical: Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS, Lean, JIT, SPC, TPM, inventory control, and engineering documentation.
• Flexibility: Ability to operate in a multi‑shift, 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across multi‑shift teams to meet SQDC targets and ensure on‑time, error‑free shipments.
• Maintain a strong shop floor presence and flex across a 24/7 operation to engage all team members.
• Manage scheduling and resource allocation (staffing, equipment, tooling, services) to meet demand and optimize performance.
• Champion TPM, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead root‑cause problem solving and implement corrective actions for non‑conformance issues.
• Drive safety culture and ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and CAL OSHA standards.
• Provide ongoing goal setting, training, feedback, and recognition to build a collaborative, diverse team.
