Confidential, in Mocksville, NC, is seeking a Bilingual Production Manager to lead 1st and 2nd shift with a hands-on approach. You will be responsible for production performance, supervisor development, employee accountability, quality, and day-to-day execution to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role requires strong leadership of hourly teams, with a focus on driving safety, quality, and productivity, and partnering across Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations to remove

• Proven manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience managing supervisors and hourly teams.
• ISO 9001 experience required.
• Strong documentation and compliance background.
• Experience supporting multiple shifts.
• Hands-on leadership style with floor presence.
• Ability to hold teams accountable and drive performance.

We’re partnering with an established manufacturer in the Mocksville area that is looking to add a Bilingual Production Manager to its leadership team.
