Bell & Associates, Inc. in West Jacksonville seeks a Production Supervisor to help lead its production and plant operations. The role emphasizes understanding the operation before making changes and developing leaders from within.

You will coordinate daily production activities, including scheduling, inventory, quality control, and shipping coordination, while training hourly staff and driving safety and efficiency. A long-term career path through hands-on development is offered.

Competenze

Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to set goals and manage multiple priorities.
Valid driver’s license.
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field preferred.

Mansioni

Coordinate day-to-day production operations including scheduling, reporting, and inventory tracking.
Oversee shipping and receiving coordination.
Support quality control and product testing.
Schedule equipment maintenance and coordinate troubleshooting.
Order parts and materials as needed.
