Job summary

Employbridge is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Production Lead in Wisconsin to step into a Supervisory role within a rapidly growing manufacturing environment. The role involves leading a portion of automated production, coaching the floor team, and driving improvements in safety, quality, and throughput.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of manufacturing experience with some leadership exposure and is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a key portion of our automated production process, ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent operations.
• Lead and support the production team, providing direction, coaching, and real-time problem solving on the plant floor.
• Operate, optimize, and continuously improve automated manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and work cross-functionally to minimize downtime and maximize throughput.
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and fellow Production Supervisors to achieve productivity, quality, safety, scrap, and operational goals.
• Help drive initiatives aimed at increasing production output and improving overall equipment effectiveness.
• Serve as the primary leader within your area of the facility, setting expectations and fostering accountability.
• Champion a strong safety culture through active leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Help reduce downtime, overtime, and operating costs while protecting and maintaining equipment assets.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations that improve manufacturing performance and support future growth.

Generally Day shift, may require staying into 2nd shift and working a weekend (Saturday or Sunday)
