Qualifikationen

• Previous manufacturing or production supervisory experience.
• Experience leading and managing production employees.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production schedules, quality, and safety.
• Familiar with 5S, Lean, or Kaizen preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Must be comfortable working rotating first and second shifts.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing and production activities.
• Lead, train, coach, and support production employees.
• Monitor production schedules, workflow, output, and staffing requirements.
• Ensure production goals and quality standards are consistently achieved.
• Identify and address production delays, downtime, and operational issues.
• Enforce company safety policies, procedures, and manufacturing standards.
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, productivity, and training.
• Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and other departments to resolve production issues.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and reports.
• Ensure employees follow established procedures and work instructions.
• Promote a safe, organized, and productive manufacturing environment.
