Base Salary + Biannual Bonus Opportunity

I’m partnering with an established, privately held manufacturing company in West Jacksonville to find a Production Supervisor who will ultimately help lead its production and plant operations.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This person will work closely with leadership and the Production Team to help coordinate the day-to-day operation, including:

• Production scheduling, reporting, and inventory tracking
• Shipping and receiving coordination
• Quality control and product testing
• Equipment maintenance scheduling and troubleshooting coordination
• Parts and material ordering
• Training and development of hourly employees
• Setting operational goals and executing against production priorities
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
• Ultimately helping lead and manage production/factory team members

THIS ISN’T A “WALK IN AND TAKE OVER” ROLE

The company invests heavily in developing its leaders and believes you should understand the operation before you try to change it.

The person hired will learn the business from the ground up, including machinery, production processes, inventory, quality, shipping and receiving, maintenance, and how the entire operation works together.

There is a structured development plan, but advancement is based on competency and credibility, not simply time on a calendar. Someone who learns quickly, earns the trust of the team, and demonstrates leadership ability may progress faster.

No big egos. No coming in on Day 1 acting like you already have all the answers.

• Manufacturing or production environment experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated stability and longevity throughout your career

• Strong judgment and independent decision-making skills
• Detail-oriented with strong listening skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• High school diploma/GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
