ProStaff Workforce Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Production Supervisor / Production Lead in Elizabeth, NJ. The role leads daily production activities, ensures safety and quality, and drives continuous improvement on a fast-paced foods & beverages line.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years hands-on experience, operates production equipment, and can deliver safety instructions in English and Spanish while maintaining SOPs and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in food and beverage manufacturing.
• Experience as a working operator, not only supervisory.
• Strong knowledge of production equipment and ability to operate machinery.
• Strong mechanical and maintenance skills, including troubleshooting and basic repairs.
• Experience in SQF- or organic-certified facilities.
• Familiarity with audits, food safety requirements, and manufacturing standards.
• Ability to train, coach, and deliver safety instructions in English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee daily production activities with safety, quality, and productivity in mind.
• Operate and troubleshoot production equipment; perform basic repairs.
• Identify production problems and use root cause analysis to address issues.
• Train, coach, and provide direction to production employees; maintain SOPs.
• Support SQF and/or organic certification requirements and participate in audits.
• Monitor production performance and pursue opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
