The role includes supporting line setup, staffing, coaching, and monitoring productivity to optimize line efficiency. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, has experience in production/manufacturing, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Production, manufacturing, warehouse, or food manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
• Team-oriented with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead production activities and coordinate team members on assigned lines.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, GMP, and safety standards.
• Support line setup and maintain efficient production flow.
• Assist with staffing, training, onboarding, and coaching employees.
• Monitor productivity, waste reduction, and line efficiency.
