Job summary

Rise Baking Company is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee assigned production line(s) in manufacturing and packaging of products. You will lead line employees, coordinate with Production Supervisors, ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards, and maintain documentation to support daily targets.

Requirements include bilingual English/Spanish, at least 2 years in manufacturing or food production, a high school diploma or GED, and demonstrated leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing and/or food production environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to organize work, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Production and packaging equipment and process experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned production line(s) to meet daily production goals.
• Lead and support line employees to maximize productivity and quality.
• Direct and assign work to employees within the area/line.
• Ensure required production documentation is accurate and complete.
• Monitor equipment and report issues to supervision/maintenance.
• Train and coach new and existing employees; maintain safe working conditions.
