Responsibilities

• Oversee department processes and staff to meet productivity, quality and budget goals.
• Coordinate manufacturing with other departments and vendors.
• Coach and develop Supervisors and Leads; ensure career development and succession planning.
• Maintain safe working conditions and regulatory compliance (USDA/FDA, GMP).
• Drive continuous improvement and root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Manage time-sensitive production to meet customer needs and deadlines.
