Best Maid Cookie Company is seeking a full-time supervisor to oversee production lines in Pleasant View, UT. You will lead line workers to maximize productivity and product quality, acting as a liaison between production staff and supervisors.

A bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required, with at least 2 years in manufacturing or food production and a high school diploma or GED. You will ensure proper documentation, train staff, and support food safety and quality standards while

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing and/or food production environment.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in both languages.

Responsabilités

• Oversee assigned production line(s) to meet daily goals and targets.
• Direct and assign work to employees within the line.
• Ensure production documentation is accurate and timely.
• Monitor equipment and report issues to maintenance.
• Train and coach new and existing staff.
• Maintain safe working conditions and support food safety programs.
• Communicate needs and priorities with Supervisors and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
