ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Lead for our client in Medford, MA. You will lead production activities, coordinate team members on assigned lines, and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.

The role includes supporting line setup, staffing, coaching, and monitoring productivity to optimize line efficiency. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, has experience in production/manufacturing, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Our client, a leader in food manufacturing, is seeking a Production Lead to join their team. As a Production Lead, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting the production and packaging teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Lead

Location: Medford, MA

Pay Range: $20

Shift: Monday to Friday from 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM (schedule may vary depending on business needs)
