Qualificações

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing and/or food production environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to organize work, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee assigned production line(s) in the manufacturing and packaging of products.
• Direct and assign work to employees to meet daily production goals.
• Train, coach, and support new and existing employees.
• Monitor production equipment and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain safe working conditions and ensure food safety standards.
• Communicate production needs and priorities with Supervisors and team members.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
