Job summary

Cartamundi Dallas is looking for a Production Manager to lead a high-performing manufacturing team, driving continuous improvement and ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You will champion Lean practices, manage KPIs, and collaborate with ERP systems (SAP – Mann or BPCS) to optimize costs while maintaining world-class standards. This role is on-site in Dallas, with growth opportunities and a strong focus on talent development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years as Production Manager or 10 years as Production Supervisor.
• 5–7 years in manufacturing environments.
• 3–5 years of KPI management.
• 2–5 years of Lean Manufacturing experience.
• 2–5 years of ERP experience (SAP – Mann or BPCS).

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement manufacturing policies and programs.
• Direct activities to meet specifications, schedules, quality, and costs.
• Ensure safety and health standards; maintain accident-free operations.
• Communicate with upper management on production issues.
• Ensure material availability for each production department.
• Participate in production meetings and review performance reports.
• Reduce spoiled-work and waste; conduct special projects.
• Drive Continuous Improvement culture and talent development.
