Job summary

You will ensure daily tasks are completed on time, meet quality standards, and help manage costs while guiding and training associates. You will monitor performance, prepare area reports, enforce safety policies, coach staff, and identify process improvements to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to cross-train and support other functions.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
• Strong math and data recording skills.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel/Outlook and office software.
