Job summary

VB Spine, LLC is seeking a contract administrator to manage post-execution contracts, pricing governance, and value-add programs. You will liaise with buyers and customers on contractual terms, coordinate RFPs, and ensure accurate, timely documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years’ experience in similar functions, with fluency in English and French. Strong Excel and CRM/ERP skills are essential, and experience in MedTech is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in contract administration, proposals, pricing, or a similar role.
• Fluency in both French and English (mandatory).
• Experience coordinating RFPs, tenders, or customer contracts.
• Ability to read, understand, and work confidently with contractual and commercial information.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and comfort working with CRM/ERP systems.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support senior leadership with accurate, actionable data.
• MedTech or implantable device experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer commercial contracts post-execution, including setup, documentation, trackers, amendments, and renewal timelines.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for buying groups and customers on contractual matters.
• Manage pricing operations, including setup, updates, governance, and alignment with terms.
• Manage value-add and rebate administration, with accruals, payments, documentation, and reporting.
• Coordinate proposal and RFP submissions, monitor timelines, assemble packages, maintain templates.
