Job summary

VB Spine in Burlington, ON is seeking a Bilingual Pricing & Contracts Specialist to support post-contract administration, pricing operations, and value-add programs in a hybrid role. You will coordinate proposals, respond to inquiries in English and French, and ensure accurate contract execution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in business/finance related field, 1–2 years of contract or pricing experience, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–2 years of contract administration, proposals, pricing, or a similar role.
• Fluency in both French and English (mandatory).
• Experience coordinating RFPs, tenders, or customer contracts.
• Ability to understand contractual and commercial information.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with CRM/ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer commercial contracts post-execution, including setup, documentation, trackers, amendments, and renewal reminders.
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for buyers and customers on contractual matters.
• Manage pricing operations, including setup, updates, governance, and policy alignment.
• Handle value-add and rebate administration, monthly accruals, payments, and reporting.
• Coordinate proposals and RFP submissions, timelines, and templates.
• Provide clear bilingual communication to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Support process improvements to streamline workflows and pricing accuracy.
