Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Bilingual Pool Technical Service Representative to support the Phoenix, AZ and San Antonio, TX regions. You will troubleshoot pool and spa equipment, communicate complex solutions clearly, and coordinate with dealers and technicians to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Technical field work in pool industry or similar field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use several software applications concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for equipment-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and service support within the Pool Division.
• Diagnose equipment issues using technical docs, data, and customer input; assist customers and field technicians with setup, operation, maintenance, and repair guidance.
• Schedule or support service visits and follow up on open service cases to resolution.
• Process parts orders, warranty claims, returns (RMAs), and service documentation as required.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding service status, timelines, and next steps; collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within CRM and ERP systems.
• Participate in ongoing technical and product training to stay current on equipment updates and procedures.
