Job summary

Pentair plc is seeking a Bilingual Pool Technical Service Representative for the Phoenix, AZ and San Antonio, TX areas. You will troubleshoot pool equipment, guide dealers and professionals, and coordinate service visits while maintaining documentation in CRM/ERP systems.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, technical field experience in the pool industry, and strong organizational skills. Shift hours align with local regions; there is potential for overtime and growth within the Pool

Qualifications

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Background in technical field work in the pool industry or similar.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce preferred).
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for equipment-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and service support.
Diagnose equipment issues using technical documentation, system data, and customer input.
Assist customers and field technicians with setup, operation, maintenance, and repair guidance.
Schedule or support service visits and follow up on open service cases to resolution.
Process parts orders, warranty claims, returns (RMAs), and service documentation as required.
Communicate clearly with customers regarding service status, timelines, and next steps; collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within CRM and ERP system.
Participate in ongoing technical and product training to stay current on equipment updates and procedures.
