Job summary

Pentair plc is seeking a bilingual Pool Technical Service Representative to support customers in Phoenix, AZ and San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on researching, troubleshooting, and resolving pool and spa equipment issues with clear communication to dealers, distributors, or pool professionals.

You will diagnose problems using technical documents and data, assist with setup and maintenance, and coordinate service visits.

Qualifications

Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Background in technical field work in the Pool industry or a similar field required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce preferred).
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for equipment-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and service support within our Pool Division.
Diagnose equipment issues using technical documentation, system data, and customer input.
Assist customers and field technicians with setup, operation, maintenance, and repair guidance.
Schedule or support service visits and follow up on open service cases to resolution.
Process parts orders, warranty claims, returns (RMAs), and service documentation as required.
Communicate clearly with customers regarding service status, timelines, and next steps; collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within CRM and ERP system.
Participate in ongoing technical and product training to stay current on equipment updates and procedures.
