Job summary

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, scheduling visits, processing parts and warranty claims, and maintaining CRM/ERP documentation. The role requires hands-on technical experience in pool industry settings and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
• A background in technical field work in the Pool industry or a similar field is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience working with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Must be able to multi-task, have great computer skills, and be able to work within several different software applications at once.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for equipment-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and service support within our Pool Division.
• Diagnose equipment issues using technical documentation, system data, and customer input and assist customers and field technicians with setup, operation, maintenance, and repair guidance.
• Schedule or support service visits and follow up on open service cases to resolution.
• Process parts orders, warranty claims, returns (RMAs), and service documentation as required.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding service status, timelines, and next steps, and collaborate with internal teams including production, engineering, shipping, quality, and sales to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within CRM and ERP system.
• Participate in ongoing technical and product training to stay current on equipment updates and procedures.
