Job summary

Pentair is seeking a bilingual Pool Technical Service Representative to support customers in Phoenix, AZ, and San Antonio, TX. You will troubleshoot pool equipment, work with dealers and technicians, and communicate complex solutions clearly.

Qualifications

Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
Background in technical field work in the Pool industry or a similar field is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience working with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce preferred).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Must be able to multi-task and work across several software applications at once.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for equipment-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and service support within our Pool Division.
Diagnose equipment issues using technical documentation, system data, and customer input, and assist customers and field technicians with setup, operation, maintenance, and repair guidance.
Schedule or support service visits and follow up on open service cases to resolution.
Process parts orders, warranty claims, returns (RMAs), and service documentation as required.
Communicate clearly with customers regarding service status, timelines, and next steps, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within CRM and ERP system.
