Job summary

Pentair plc is seeking a bilingual Pool Technical Service Representative to support customers in Phoenix, AZ and San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on researching, troubleshooting, and resolving pool and spa equipment issues with clear communication to dealers, distributors, or pool professionals.

You will diagnose problems using technical documents and data, assist with setup and maintenance, and coordinate service visits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Background in technical field work in the Pool industry or a similar field required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for equipment-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and service support within our Pool Division.
• Diagnose equipment issues using technical documentation, system data, and customer input.
• Assist customers and field technicians with setup, operation, maintenance, and repair guidance.
• Schedule or support service visits and follow up on open service cases to resolution.
• Process parts orders, warranty claims, returns (RMAs), and service documentation as required.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding service status, timelines, and next steps; collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within CRM and ERP system.
• Participate in ongoing technical and product training to stay current on equipment updates and procedures.

We have an opportunity for a Pool Technical Service Representative to join our Phoenix, AZ, and San Antonio, TX, teams. You will be responsible for researching, troubleshooting, and resolving pool and spa equipment issues using advanced troubleshooting skills and available resources. The expectation is to empathize and clearly communicate complex technical solutions to dealers, distributors, or pool professionals.

Key Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
• A background in technical field work in the Pool industry or a similar field is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience working with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Must be able to multi-task, have great computer skills, and be able to work within several different software applications at once

Physical Requirements

Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs.

Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!)

Shift range from 7am to 8pm Eastern Monday through Friday (hours can vary by region)

Compensation

The hourly pay for this role is: $26.00+/hour, DOE. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Determination of pay rate may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
