Orion Placement in Las Vegas seeks an experienced leader to oversee a personal injury pre-litigation team. You will coach and mentor case managers, manage case inventories, and collaborate with attorneys to drive efficient outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on PI pre-litigation management, fluent Spanish and English, and experience with Filevine. This full-time, on-site position operates Monday–Friday with competitive benefits.

Qualificações

5+ years of hands-on personal injury pre-litigation case management experience.
Fluency in Spanish and English required.
Strong understanding of the personal injury case lifecycle including medical treatment, insurance claims, negotiations, and settlements.
Experience with legal case management software required.
Previous experience supervising, training, mentoring, or coaching case managers preferred.

Responsabilidades

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of personal injury pre-litigation case managers.
Oversee case inventories, review files, and move cases forward efficiently.
Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and improve performance.
Monitor case progress, treatment issues, medical records, claims, liens, settlements.
Review case audits and ensure follow-through on action items.
Resolve complex case issues and escalated client concerns.
Partner with attorneys and leadership to improve processes and maintain high standards.
Support onboarding and training of case managers and foster a positive team culture.
