Qualifications

• Active Nevada State Bar license in good standing.
• 3+ years of personal injury pre-litigation experience.
• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience with high-volume PI cases.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train Case Managers, Legal Assistants, and pre-lit staff.
• Develop case management protocols to improve efficiency and client experience.
• Review PI claims for liability, damages, and insurance issues.
• Provide real-time legal guidance on strategy and settlements.
• Monitor deadlines, client communication, and workflows.
• Negotiate settlements and coordinate with litigation team.
• Collaborate with Intake to optimize lead conversion and intake-to-pre-lit pipeline.
• Build relationships with physicians and attorneys to support case development.
