Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of direct personal injury law firm experience.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Ability to communicate legal and medical concepts accurately in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Litigation Case Management: oversee cases post-intake through pre-litigation settlement.
• Medical Management: monitor treatment, referrals, and documentation for injuries.
• Client Communication: provide regular case-status updates in English and Spanish.
• Insurance Coverage and Adjuster Communication: obtain policy information and monitor liability decisions.
• Demand Package Review: assist with AI-supported demand packages and ensure accuracy.
• Settlement and Case Handoff: assist with negotiation and transfer to litigation when needed.
• Technology and AI Adoption: utilize AI workflows and ensure data accuracy.
