Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injury law firm.
• Strong experience with plaintiff personal injury cases.
• Ability to manage client treatment and gather medical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake calls with clients and maintain detailed records.
• File insurance claims and notify insurance companies.
• Coordinate client treatment with healthcare providers.
• Gather and store medical records and invoices securely.
• Prepare demand letters for the Pre-Litigation Director.
• Provide updates and support to clients regarding their cases.
• Collaborate with the legal team on litigation matters.
• Offer translation services when necessary.
