The Zafran Law Group seeks a dedicated Bilingual Phone Operator to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere in a busy Philadelphia office. This full-time, in-person role manages high call volumes, routes calls to staff, greets clients, assists with clerical tasks, mail and supplies, and supports Spanish-speaking clients.

• Proven experience as a Phone Operator or similar role.
• Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Office.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Familiarity with legal environment is a plus.
• High volume call center experience is a plus.
• The right candidate must be willing to be in person full-time.

Salary range is $18 - $22 per hour
