Ideal candidates will have Pharmacy Technician Certification and a proven customer service background, with the ability to handle high-volume calls and adapt to evolving referral workflows.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician Certification or in-training status.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients to TrustRx Pharmacy and be the first point of contact.
• Ingest and record client and referral information into the internal database.
• Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls with patients, physicians, attorneys, and providers.
• Collaborate with internal teams, sales reps, and external vendors to expedite patient services.
• Log detailed notes and share account specifications with relevant departments.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, workflow efficiency, and referral conversions.
