Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician Certification.
• Strong customer service background with demonstrated phone etiquette and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in database management, Windows-based applications, and software support systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and act as the first point of contact for intake and follow-ups.
• Ingest and record client and referral information into the internal database.
• Handle high-volume calls involving patients, physicians, attorneys, and insurers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to expedite patient services.
• Log detailed notes and share account specifications with relevant departments.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, workflow, and referral conversions.
