Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the pharmacy counter.
• Register and update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Process prescription refill requests and patient payments.
• Perform daily cash handling and register operations.
• Provide information on medication assistance programs.
• Offer Spanish/English interpretation support as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy waiting area.
• Assist with over-the-counter inventory and product rotation.
• Answer patient questions and help resolve concerns professionally.
