Noll Staffing and Assessment is seeking a friendly, dependable Bilingual Pharmacy Customer Service Representative to join a busy healthcare pharmacy team in the United States. You will assist patients in English and Spanish, register demographics, process prescriptions, and handle payments while maintaining a welcoming waiting area.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, comfortable in a fast-paced setting, and proficient with computers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience.
• Pharmacy Technician license a plus.
• Strong computer, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
