Corporate Pharmacy Services, Inc. seeks a Call Center Representative fluent in Spanish to serve as the liaison between our organization, retail pharmacies, and clients. The role emphasizes clear communication, data accuracy, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities include answering calls and emails, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and updating customer records in our system. A high school diploma and basic MS Office skills are required; bilingual English/Spanish

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook is a plus.
