Reporting to the Branch Manager and Onsite Operations Manager, this role manages candidate engagement and hiring support for a workforce typically under 10 hires per month.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, outreach, recruitment marketing, onboarding, and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of personnel recruiting experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Knowledge of candidate sourcing, interviewing and recruitment marketing.
• Understanding of employment law compliance.
• Experience with workforce scheduling and data analysis.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Spanish-speaking ability.
