Job summary

Prospects Employment Services is seeking a Personnel Recruiter to support high-volume recruitment for warehouse, industrial, manufacturing, and administrative staff across client sites. Reporting to the Branch Manager and Onsite Operations Manager, this role manages candidate engagement and hiring support for a workforce typically under 10 hires per month.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, outreach, recruitment marketing, onboarding, and reporting.

Qualifications

3+ years of personnel recruiting experience.
Experience with applicant tracking systems.
Knowledge of candidate sourcing, interviewing and recruitment marketing.
Understanding of employment law compliance.
Experience with workforce scheduling and data analysis.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Spanish-speaking ability.

Responsibilities

Source candidates for warehouse, distribution, industrial, manufacturing, administrative, and office positions.
Screen applicants and coordinate interviews.
Conduct candidate outreach and support recruitment marketing efforts.
Provide hiring manager support throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare recruitment reports and track compliance requirements.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding recruiting activity.
