Job summary

SHR Corp USA is seeking a fast-paced Onsite Branch Recruiter to drive high-volume hiring for our warehouse and 3PL partners. You will own the local recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for light industrial and machinery roles.

Responsibilities include recruiting and screening in English and Spanish, managing applications via Bullhorn CRM, coordinating onsite onboarding and safety briefings, and serving as the primary contact for temporary workers while partnering

SHR Corp USA is seeking a fast-paced, Bilingual Onsite Branch Recruiter to drive high-volume hiring for our warehouse and 3PL partners. You will own the local recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for light industrial and machinery roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit & Screen: Source and interview candidates for warehouse roles (general labor, forklift, pickers, etc.) in both English and Spanish.
• Manage Pipeline: Process applications via our online app and track candidate entries using our CRM (Bullhorn).
• Onboard & Support: Facilitate onsite new-hire onboarding, safety briefings and walkthroughs, efficiency overviews and acting as the primary point of contact for temporary workers.
• Client Coordination: Partner with facility managers to quickly fulfill weekly multi-shift headcount needs.

Requirements

• Language: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• What We Are Looking For: Previous recruiting experience is a plus, but not required. We hire for drive and personality. If you have a natural ability to connect with people, and know how to use your tools to build a local network, we will train you on the rest. You just need to be outgoing, easy to talk to, and able to build trust quickly in both English and Spanish.
• Computer Skills: Since our application process is highly automated, you don’t need to be a software expert. You just need basic, everyday proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and managing emails. Explanations and training for our digital workflow and systems are provided day 1.
• Social Media & Networking: Must be comfortable with and know how to leverage social media (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.) and local networking to attract and engage candidates.
• Flexibility: Highly organized with the ability to adapt to fast-paced demands and occasional weekend shifts.
