Job summary

The Ward Law Group in New York City is seeking a bilingual Case Manager to support clients through the early stages of personal injury cases. This role combines personal injury experience with compassionate communication and the ability to manage a busy caseload.

On-site at our 535 Fifth Avenue office, you will open claims, coordinate with insurers and medical providers, draft demands, collect records, and assist attorneys.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Monitor personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
• Manage mail correspondence between clients and insurance companies.
• Communicate promptly with attorneys, insurance adjusters, and clients.
• Open claims with carriers.
• File No-Fault Applications (New York).
• Assist the attorneys with documentation, draft demands, settlement.
• Collect medical records, medical bills, MRI results.
• Follow up IME appointments.
• Schedule medical appointments for clients.
• Attend weekly departmental meetings to provide case updates.
• Edit documentation using Foxit.
• Sign client/attorneys' documents through DocuSign.
• Control calls, voicemail, and messages through Dialpad.
• Tend to Spanish' speaking clients.
• Update files in Litify (software).
