The Ward Law Group in New York City seeks an experienced Senior Personal Injury Case Manager to join our NY PI team. You will independently manage a high-volume caseload, mentor juniors, and ensure superior client service throughout the life of each case.

Ideal candidates have extensive NY PI experience, strong knowledge of NY procedures and deadlines, and familiarity with auto accidents, premises liability, construction/Labor Law, and other complex PI claims.

Formación

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• 4–7+ years of personal injury case management experience.
• Strong NY PI experience with NY CPLR deadlines.
• Experience handling auto accidents, premises liability, construction/Labor Law, and related matters.
• Leadership, supervisory or mentoring experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage 75–150+ PI cases from intake to settlement or litigation.
• Maintain regular client communication on case status and next steps.
• Organize and review medical records, bills, reports, and insurer information.
• Ensure timely records, bills, and lien management (Medicare/Medicaid/No-Fault).
• Assist with discovery, depositions, and NYSCEF filings under attorney supervision.
• Coordinate with insurers, providers, and opposing counsel.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure high productivity and client service.
