Job summary

Cruitin, LLC. is seeking an experienced, bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager to join our high-volume pre-litigation team in a full-time role.

The ideal candidate will have 3–10 years of personal injury experience and fluency in English and Spanish to service a diverse client base. This role acts as the bridge between clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and the supervising attorney, guiding cases from intake through to settlement or transfer to litigation.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of pre-litigation personal injury case management experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to translate documents.
• Proficient with legal case management software and MS Office.
• Strong insurance knowledge (PIP, MedPay, BI, PD, UM/UIM).
• Medical terminology familiarity and documentation skills.
• Excellent organizational, written and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for pre-litigation clients in English and Spanish.
• Conduct thorough client intake interviews and document incidents and injuries.
• Educate clients on claims process and timelines.
• Maintain ongoing contact during medical treatment with status updates.
• Open and manage auto insurance claims and property damage.
• Coordinate medical appointments and document compliance.
• Draft pre-demand summaries and pre-litigation demand letters.
• Log activities in the practice management software and keep files organized.
• Collaborate with the litigation team for seamless transitions if settlement fails.
• Prepare closing statements and client disbursements.
