Job summary

The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team and support our pre-litigation practice.

You will open claims, obtain evidence and medical records, assist clients with treatment, manage property damage claims, and coordinate with insurers, under the supervision of the Department Supervisor. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of pre-litigation Personal Injury Case Manager experience.
• Experience handling California personal injury cases.
• Experience using case management software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular client communication and provide timely case updates.
• Monitor and manage clients’ treatment progress.
• Obtain medical records, bills, and other evidence for cases.
• Assist with property damage claims.
• Coordinate attorneys’ schedules including meetings and court appearances.
• Organize electronic case files in the firm’s case management system.
